       Refund & Return Policy (MyKittyJoy)
We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please email support@mykittyjoy.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or video evidence
We will review your request and provide further instructions.
2. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Customers must contact us first at support@mykittyjoy.com to request return authorization.
- Returns are accepted only after approval.
- The official return address and instructions will be provided after approval.
- Do not send returns to any address without receiving instructions from us.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original accessories.
- Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
